Brewer’s Guide

French Press
Ratio: 2 tbsp coarsely ground coffee per 8 oz water
Brew Time: 4 minutes
Steps:
Rinse press with hot water
Add grounds
Pour water (bloom first, then top up)
Stir and let steep
Press slowly and serve
Pro Tip: Use a blade grinder & pour leftover coffee into a thermal flask to avoid bitterness.

Electric Brewer
Ratio: 2 tbsp medium grind per 8 oz water
Steps:
Read your brewer’s manual
Add filter & coffee
Add cold water
Brew and enjoy hot
Pro Tip: Use filtered water to prevent mineral buildup and get cleaner taste.

Cold Brew (Hot Bloom Method)
What You Need: 1 cup coffee, 3 jars, cheesecloth/paper filter
Steps:
Add coffee to jar
Bloom with ½ cup hot water
Add 2½ cups cold water
Stir, cover, and chill for 16 hrs
Filter and store
Pro Tip: Hot start = deeper flavor. Enjoy cold or dilute with hot water.
